For discounted accommodation, print out the following form, which must be completed by yourself, signed by your General manager, and emailed to World Square, where it will be approved and forwarded to the hotel where you wish to stay.

Note that you need to be issued a booking number by the hotel where you wish to stay before you are assured of confirmation.
